Body & hair removal
VelaShape cellulite treatment in Lucerne
VelaShape combines four elements: heat, radiofrequency, vacuum and roller massage. The skin becomes firmer and its surface looks more even. One session lasts 50 minutes. Cellulite responds only to a course of treatments. We recommend a suitable number of sessions during the consultation.

Smoother-looking skin, realistically assessed
VelaShape combines four elements: heat, radiofrequency, vacuum and roller massage. The tissue is warmed, lymphatic movement is stimulated, the skin becomes firmer and its surface looks more even.
To be clear: cellulite does not disappear. It is a structure in connective tissue, not a deposit that can simply be removed. What can change is the appearance of the skin. It can look smoother and firmer, with dimples less noticeable. Anyone promising otherwise is selling disappointment.
This is why one appointment is not enough. Cellulite requires a course over several weeks; otherwise the effect will not last. We can assess the appropriate number of appointments for your area only after a consultation. Fixed prices for five and ten sessions are already listed below; after the skin assessment, you choose the appropriate course length.
Rocío Furger personally performs the treatment. She opened her salon on Zürichstrasse in Lucerne in October 2006. Consultations are available in German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and English.

What to expect
Four steps, no surprises
01Consultation
We assess the area and ask about pre-existing conditions, medication and your daily routine. The consultation costs CHF 50 and is credited towards the first treatment.
02Agree the plan
We explain what is possible for your area and how many appointments we recommend. Only then do you decide whether to start.
03Treatment
The handpiece passes over the area using heat, vacuum and rollers. It feels like a firm, warm massage. The skin is red afterwards, which settles the same day.
04Continue consistently
Drink plenty of water, stay active and keep the agreed spacing between appointments. We assess how the area responds at each visit and adjust where necessary.
Frequently asked questions
What you may want to know
Will the cellulite disappear?
No. Cellulite is part of the structure of connective tissue and cannot be switched off. What can change is the appearance of the skin: smoother and firmer, with dimples less visible. We prefer to give this honest answer before treatment rather than afterwards.
How many treatments will I need?
More than one is certain. Cellulite responds only to a course over several weeks. The appropriate number of appointments for your area depends on the skin, tissue and starting point. We determine this during the consultation, not beforehand by telephone.
What does it cost to start?
The consultation costs CHF 50 and is credited towards the first treatment. A single treatment costs CHF 129, a package of 5 costs CHF 580, and a package of 10 costs CHF 1095. The one-time body suit costs CHF 50.
Does the treatment hurt?
No. It feels like a warm, firm massage with suction. Some clients find the inner thighs intense because the skin is thinner there. We can reduce the heat and vacuum at any time; just let us know.
Which areas do you treat?
Thighs, buttocks, abdomen, hips and upper arms. We treat one area properly per appointment instead of covering several superficially. If you are considering two areas, mention them during the consultation so we can plan the order.
When will I see a change, and will the treatment be visible afterwards?
The skin is warm and red immediately afterwards; this settles the same day. Changes become visible over the course, not after the first appointment. You should look refreshed rather than treated. Avoid exercise, sauna and solarium on the treatment day.
Who is the treatment unsuitable for?
Not during pregnancy or breastfeeding; not over acute inflammation or open skin; not with thrombosis or venous disease in the area; and not with a pacemaker or other metal implants in the treatment area because radiofrequency is used. We assess blood thinners, diabetes and autoimmune conditions individually. Bring your medication list to the consultation so we can clarify suitability before the first treatment, not once you are on the treatment bed.
