Permanent eyeliner in Lucerne
Fine pigmentation directly along the lash line makes the lashes appear denser without drawing eyeliner every day. The upper lid, lower lid or both lines are drawn first and pigmented only after you approve them. Rocío Furger performs the treatment herself and has worked as a PMU stylist since 2011.
Define the lash line, without overdrawing it
The narrowest option sits between the lashes and creates the appearance of a denser lash line. A more visible line can extend slightly beyond it. We tailor the width, shape and colour to your eyelid shape, lashes and daily makeup.
For the upper lid, planning begins while you are seated with your eyes open. This allows us to assess the line in your face, not only on a closed eyelid. You view the drawing in the mirror and can change the width or end point before pigmentation begins.
We plan the lower line conservatively so that the eyes do not appear smaller. The upper and lower lids can be treated in the same appointment. Prices and included services are listed separately below so that you can compare the options directly.

What to expect
Four steps to healed permanent eyeliner
01Consultation
We discuss medication, previous pigmentation, sensitivities and eye conditions. We then decide whether subtle lash enhancement or a more visible line is more appropriate.
02Draw and check
The line is drawn first. You view it seated with your eyes open and approve the shape, width and end point.
03Apply pigment
After preparation, we work in fine passes along the lash line. You can request a break at any time; we prefer controlled additions to applying too much.
04Heal and review
The eyelid may initially be slightly swollen and the line appears darker than the target result. After four to eight weeks, we assess the healed result and, if needed, balance the upper line.
Frequently asked questions
What you may want to know about permanent eyeliner
What is the difference between eyeliner and lash enhancement?
With lash enhancement, pigment sits very finely between the lashes and mainly creates the appearance of greater density. Eyeliner remains visible above the lash line. We show you the width that suits your eye in the pre-drawing.
Can I have the upper and lower lids done together?
Yes. Both lines during one appointment cost CHF 700 and take 150 minutes. We usually keep the lower line more subtle so the eye remains open-looking.
How long does permanent eyeliner last?
Usually two to three years. Sun exposure, skin, aftercare and metabolism affect how quickly the line fades. A refresh is appropriate while the existing pigment is still clearly visible.
What will I look like immediately after treatment?
The line is initially darker and the lid may appear slightly swollen for a while. The colour softens over the following days. Do not schedule the appointment immediately before an important event, and follow the salon’s aftercare guidance.
When do you not pigment the eye area?
We do not treat acute inflammation, irritation or open areas around the eye. Recent eye surgery, medication and existing eye conditions must be raised during the consultation; where there is uncertainty, medical clearance is required first.
Does permanent eyeliner hurt?
Sensation varies from person to person. The area is prepared and we work in short, controlled passes. Many clients describe scratching or vibration rather than pain. Tell us immediately if you need a break.
