Terms and conditions
These terms apply to all treatments and courses at Cosmetic Institute Beauty Rocío, Zürichstrasse 69, 6004 Luzern.
Appointments
Appointments can be arranged by telephone on +41 41 420 51 61, by WhatsApp or by email at cosmetics@beauty-rocio.ch. An appointment is binding once we have confirmed it.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel later or do not attend, we reserve the right to charge for the time set aside. The reason is simple: that time was reserved for you and generally cannot be reassigned at such short notice.
Prices and payment
The fixed prices published on this website apply. Treatment prices are in Swiss francs and include VAT and consultation. Course fees are expressly marked as excluding VAT on the course pages. Treatments are paid for at the salon after the appointment.
Consultation fees for permanent makeup, microneedling and cellulite treatments are credited towards the subsequent treatment if it takes place within three months.
Treatment and your cooperation
Before your first treatment, we ask about your skin type, pre-existing conditions, medication and allergies. Please give us complete information, including details that may seem unimportant to you. On this basis, we decide together whether the treatment can go ahead.
We do not treat acute skin conditions or open wounds, during pregnancy where a treatment is unsuitable, or in other circumstances explained during the consultation. Medical questions must be assessed by a doctor, to whom we will refer you.
Results
Cosmetic treatments affect each person differently. We undertake to perform the service professionally, but do not promise a particular result. For permanent makeup on the eyebrows and upper eyeliner, one follow-up treatment is included in the price provided it takes place within eight weeks.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for five years from the date of issue, are transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Courses
Course registration is binding. Cancellations made up to four weeks before the start of the course are free of charge. After that point, the course fee is due unless the place can be filled by someone else.
Liability
We are liable for loss or damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. We accept no liability for valuables brought onto the premises.
Applicable law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne.
