Brow lamination in Lucerne

Two lotions soften the brow hairs before they are shaped and set. Their colour and quantity remain unchanged; only their direction changes. The result lasts six to eight weeks. Three options from CHF 70, taking 50 to 60 minutes.

Brows that stay in place

Brow lamination does not change the colour or quantity of your brow hairs. It changes their direction. Two lotions soften the hairs so they can be brushed into the desired position and set there. After treatment, they no longer stick out but follow the shape we agreed.

This is especially useful when hairs become thicker and more unruly with age or grow in different directions. Instead of working with gel and a brush every morning, the brow remains in place for six to eight weeks. It then grows back as before.

We offer lamination in three options. Choose lamination only when the shape is right but the direction is not; add tweezing when the outline needs refining; or combine tweezing and tinting when the brow can also use more depth. If you only want the outline shaped, you can book brow tweezing separately.

Lamination is always temporary. If you want an option that lasts for years and can also fill gaps, permanent eyebrow makeup is the alternative. Rocío Furger can discuss both options during the same appointment, without requiring you to decide beforehand.

Frequently asked questions

What you may want to know

Will it look obvious that I had a treatment?

No. No colour or material is added; the hairs simply lie in a different direction. The brow looks orderly and the eyes more open. People who know you usually notice only that you look rested.

How long does brow lamination last?

Six to eight weeks. By then, enough hairs have grown through for the shape to soften. The treated hairs stay in position until then; they do not suddenly fall back. A new appointment is appropriate after six weeks at the earliest.

Will lamination damage my brow hairs?

Not when the processing time is correct. The lotion stays on only for as long as the hair structure requires, so we time the process and remain in the room. The hair continues to grow normally afterwards. If your brow hairs are very fine or brittle, we will honestly advise against treatment where appropriate.

What is the difference between lamination and tweezing?

Tweezing removes hairs and defines the outline. Lamination removes nothing; it changes the direction of the existing hairs. Together, they create a clean outline and a surface that stays in place. Tweezing alone costs CHF 28; options including tweezing start at CHF 80.

Lamination or permanent makeup: which suits me?

If you have enough hairs and only their direction is an issue, lamination is sufficient. If the brow has become thinner over time or has gaps, colour can do more than shaping. In that case, consider permanent eyebrow makeup. You can begin with lamination and decide later.

Can I have my lashes and brows tinted together?

Yes. Tinting lashes and brows together costs CHF 45. For sensitive eyes, we perform a patch test in the crook of the arm and wait 24 hours. Mention this when enquiring so we can schedule the test.
