This page covers facial care using hands, active ingredients and masks. No devices and no needles. The appointments differ in depth: cleansing and care, additional manual extraction, or skin renewal with fruit acids.

Three of the four treatments have an immediate effect that lasts several days. The fourth, Beauté Neuve, is the exception: fruit acids loosen the dull outer layer, the effect builds over three appointments and then lasts for several weeks. It is therefore available as a single treatment or a course.

Men and teenagers have dedicated appointments because men’s skin is thicker, produces more sebum and is shaved daily, while extraction is the focus for younger skin. Prices are shown in the second tab.

We decide which treatment suits your skin at the start of the appointment, not beforehand by telephone. Switching during the appointment is possible if sufficient time is available. Consultation is available in German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or English.

Four steps, no surprises

Assess the skin
We assess your skin in daylight and ask about home care, medication and sun exposure. This determines which treatment is appropriate that day.

Cleanse and exfoliate
Remove makeup, cleanse and exfoliate. For deep cleansing, the pores are softened before manual extraction.

Active ingredient and mask
Depending on the appointment: fruit acids, ampoule or massage, followed by a suitable mask. You rest during this longest stage.
04
Finish and plan
Day cream with sun protection, followed by two or three specific tips for home. If a second appointment is useful, we tell you when.

What you may want to know

Will the treatment be visible afterwards?

After the classic and Deluxe facials, you should see only a fresh complexion. After deep cleansing, the skin may be slightly red for two to three hours where extractions were performed. After Beauté Neuve, the skin is slightly pink that evening and normal the next morning. If you have an evening event, schedule treatment for the day before.

I do not know which treatment suits me.

Book the classic facial and we will decide together at the salon. Rocío Furger can assess within a few minutes whether your skin first needs cleansing, moisture or renewal. Switching treatment during the appointment is possible where sufficient time is available.

How does Beauté Neuve differ from a regular facial?

A facial cleanses and nourishes the skin, with a result lasting several days. Beauté Neuve uses fruit acids to loosen the outermost layer and encourage renewal. The result therefore builds over the course’s three appointments and lasts for several weeks afterwards. A single treatment costs CHF 139; the course of 3 costs CHF 375.

Do I need to prepare for the fruit-acid course?

Before the first treatment, we assess your skin and ask which skincare products you use at home. Retinol and strong acids are paused one week beforehand. This check takes only a few minutes and prevents most reactions. If you also want deeper structural work, you can combine the course with microneedling, leaving at least two weeks between appointments.

From what age do you treat teenagers?

Teen deep cleansing takes 60 minutes and is designed for young, blemish-prone skin. An adult may accompany anyone under 16. We perform extractions and explain what is genuinely needed at home. Usually that means fewer products, not more.

How often should I come?

Four appointments per year, one at each change of season, are enough for maintained skin. For blemish-prone skin, every four to six weeks is more typical until the pores settle. The fruit-acid course is an exception: three appointments two to three weeks apart, followed by one refresh each season.

Is this different from an Aqua Facial or microneedling?

Yes. An Aqua Facial uses a device for deep cleansing while hydrating the skin, without downtime. Microneedling uses fine needles in the dermis and focuses on texture and scars. The facials on this page work without needles, using hands, active ingredients and masks.

Can I have makeup applied afterwards?

Yes, except immediately after Beauté Neuve, when we leave the skin to breathe for the rest of the day. After the other treatments, we apply makeup for CHF 59 in 30 minutes. Mention this when enquiring so enough time can be reserved.
