Freckle permanent makeup is a cosmetic pigmentation made up of individual dots. Before treatment, we agree which facial areas to include and how subtle or visible the distribution should be.
Colour and placement are matched to your skin, any existing freckles and the look you want. Fresh pigment initially appears more defined. The result softens as it heals, and the amount of pigment retained varies from one person to another.
In this offer, “mole” means a newly pigmented cosmetic beauty spot – not a mark that is already present on the skin. We discuss whether the intended area is suitable during the consultation.

What happens
Four steps to the healed result

01Consultation
During the 45-minute consultation, we review your skin, medication, previous pigmentation or skin changes and the look you want. It is a separate appointment; the CHF 50 fee is credited when treatment takes place within three months.

02Agree placement and colour
For freckles, we agree the facial areas, density, dot size and colour; for a beauty spot, the position, size and colour effect. Pigmentation begins only after these details are settled.

03Pigment the dots
The agreed freckles or single cosmetic beauty spot are placed as individual pigment dots. Immediately afterwards, the colour looks more defined than the later healed result.

04Heal and review the result
You receive aftercare guidance. The effect softens as the skin heals and shows how much pigment your skin has retained. We can then assess whether and when a refresh may be appropriate.

Can I choose the position and density?
Yes. We discuss which facial areas to include, how closely the dots should sit and how visible the result should be.
Do the dots look finished immediately?
No. Fresh pigment looks more defined than the healed result. The effect softens during healing. How much colour remains depends on factors including skin, aftercare and sun exposure.
How long do pigmented freckles remain visible?
The result fades over time. A fixed duration cannot be promised because skin, metabolism, aftercare and sun exposure affect fading. The healed result shows whether and when a refresh may be appropriate.
Is a beauty spot the same as a real mole?
No. In this price list, “mole” means a newly applied cosmetic beauty spot. A mark that is already present on the skin is not the service offered here.
