PMU stylist training in Lucerne
Five consecutive days of permanent makeup training for professionals, divided into ten lessons of three to four hours. Machine hair strokes, colour choice, hygiene and model work, taught by Rocío Furger, who has practised PMU since 2011.

Until the hand stays steady
Training is for beauticians and related professionals who want to add permanent makeup to their services. It runs for five consecutive days in a group of no more than four at the salon on Zürichstrasse.
The first days cover theory and practice skin: skin structure and healing, pigments and colour selection for different skin and hair tones, brow drawing, needle control and device handling. Hygiene covers the requirements for businesses that break the skin: workspace, disposables, waste, records and client consent.
In the second half, you work step by step on models under supervision. You bring two models. You draw, mix colour, pigment and support aftercare including the check-up. Rocío Furger has worked as a PMU stylist since 2011 and trained in Switzerland, Italy and Germany. See her practical work under permanent makeup.
Requirements are completed training in beauty or a related profession, a minimum age of eighteen, good German and two models for practice. Teaching is available in German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or English.

Frequently asked questions
What you may want to know
What requirements must I meet?
Completed training in beauty or a related profession, age eighteen or over, good German and two models. PMU experience is not required; we begin on practice skin. Send us your qualification before registering if you are unsure whether it is sufficient.
Will I learn microblading?
No. We do not teach microblading. You learn machine hair strokes and soft shading. We use this approach because it heals more evenly and places less strain on the skin. This course is not suitable for anyone seeking a handheld-blade method.
Where do I find models?
You bring two adults from your network, usually clients, acquaintances or family. Models should have no previous brow work and need around three hours on their course day. We explain selection in the initial discussion.
May I work independently afterwards?
You receive a certificate documenting completed training. Anyone offering permanent makeup in Switzerland must also register the business with the responsible cantonal authority and meet hygiene requirements. We review the process and documents on the final day.
What does the training cost?
Training costs from CHF 3590 excluding VAT. This starting price covers the course without a personal starter set. Device, needles, pigments and practice skin are provided; your own post-course starter set remains optional.
Do I need my own device and colours?
Not during the course. Device, needles, pigments and practice skin are provided. If you own a device, bring it and train with it. The course covers which colours are permitted in Switzerland and where to source them.
